A loan can be submitted once an offer is accepted or a refinance is ready to be submitted.

Instructions:

1. Before submitting make sure to have all the right details in Arive such as the purchase price, subject property, downpayment, interest rate, etc.

2. Also be sure to have uploaded all the necessary documents inside the Arive file (purchase contract, income docs, VOE's, etc).

After you submit this form you will get an email confirmation with all the information you provided and more on how to see where the loan is at all times.

Processing working hours are from 8 AM - 5 PM.
