A loan can be submitted once an offer is accepted or a refinance is ready to be submitted.

Instructions:

1. Before submitting, make sure that details of the loan, such as the purchase price, subject property, downpayment, interest rate, are correct within Arive.

2. Make sure that all documentation available for loan submission is uploaded to the Arive file (purchase contract, income docs, VOE's, etc).

3. For best practice, add the realtors and escrow officer to your Arive under Loan Set Up for them to get the loan updates.

You can do this in the Setup-Options menu under the Real Estate Agent and Loan Team section.

After you submit this form, you will get an email confirmation with all the information you provided and more on how to see where the loan is at all times.

Processing working hours are from 8 AM - 5 PM.
